As I rode in on the bus this morning, I found that I'd popped up a number of tabs about things Ruby. Here are the ones most worth sharing with some short notes:
- unless, The Abused Ruby Conditional by John Nunemaker — a good look at where
unlessmakes sens and where it doesn't.
- fat code is slow code by zenspider (Ryan, do you tweet?) — using flog to improve code. This is a nice counterpoint to Kevin Rutherford's comment that he doesn't use complexity measurement tools in my interview with him.
- Thoughts on IronRuby and .Net Testing by Thibaut Barrére — a look at the confluence of Ruby and other languages.
- nanite an Infoq blurb/interview about Ezra's new application management tool. Includes an announcement about Vertebra's probable release date.
